Getting healthy is key for anyone who wants to lose weight. For many people, getting healthy is just a new year’s goal.  To others, its a lifestyle. Being healthy, whether we like it or not determines how we are able to live our lives.  Whether we live to see our kids grow up and have a family of their own.  Our health can either allow us to see the world and experience new things, or it can keep us a home in bed where all we can see is our television.

So what does that really mean?
